Preheat your oven to 400° F. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl, until just combined. Form medium sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Bake them for about 20-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
I use store bought pesto, specifically Gotham Greens from Whole Foods. My absolute favorite.You can sub in any ground meat in this recipe, turkey, ground beef, lamb or pork.
