(add in batter)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line a muffin tray with muffin liners or spray with coconut oil.
Add all of the ingredients to your blender or food processor and process until smooth and chunky.
Transfer/pour the batter to your muffin tray and bake for 15-17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Chocolate chips on top are optional. You can also add on walnuts, blueberries, seeds or leave them plain.
