Flourless Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients

bananas,
ripened
1/2
cup
oats
1/3
cup
almond flour
3
tbs
honey
(or maple syrup)
1/4
cup
peanut butter
1
egg
1/2
tsp
baking soda
2
tbs
flax meal
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray your muffin liners with non stick spray.
In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients until smooth and no more whole oats are visible.
If you’re adding in chocolate chips, mix them in with a spoon now.
Fill muffin liners 3/4 way full. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes prior to transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Optional Add Ins: Nuts, seeds, raisins or plain without anything.
