In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, zaatar and salt. Coat the cheese strips in this mixture.
To a large skillet, add the oil and heat on medium. Once it gets hot, add in the halloumi strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping half way through. Transfer to a platter lined with paper towel.
Serve with my Lazy Tzatziki for perfection.
Notes
If you don't have za'atar spice blend, you can simply mix together some toasted sesame seeds, dried thyme, dried oregano, coriander, cumin and sumac.
