Ingredients
4
salmon
fillets
salt + pepper
to taste

tbs
Dijon mustard
1/4
cup
butter,
melted
1/4
cup
breadcrumbs,
seasoned
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat dry your fish with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush a THIN layer of the Dijon onto the salmon tops.
Mix together the melted butter and breadcrumbs until a wet sand forms. Evenly distribute this mixture onto the fish and gently spread out.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon reach an internal temperature of 145° F. Broil for a few minutes if not golden brown on tops.
Notes
Serve with rice and veggies.
