Preheat your oven to 420℉ or your air fryer to 400℉ . Line the pan with parchment paper.
In a glass container whisk together the oil, lemon, garlic, honey and all spices listed above. Lastly whisk in the grated parm. Taste and adjust if needed.
In a medium bowl, toss your large cubed salmon with 1/3 of the sauce. Reserve the remaining of the sauce separately. You can marinate over night or cook right away. In the oven cook them for 10-12 minutes. In the air fryer its about 8-10 minutes. Just make sure the internal temperature of the fish reaches 145℉.
Transfer the salmon to your plate and serve with rice and veggies, then add on some reserved sauce to serve with.
