Cube your meat into small squares about 1 inch. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tbs olive oil, garlic, sugar, onion and chili powders, cumin, oregano and salt to taste. Add the marinade and your meat to a large ziploc or bowl and mix to coat all. Refrigerate and marinate for at least one hour.
In a large skillet, heat your remaining 1 tbs olive oil and add the steak when the pan gets hot. Cook the meat for a few minutes per side.
