Preheat your oven to 325° F. Line a muffin tray with liners or spray with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil and syrup. Beat in the eggs. Mix in the bananas and milk and then the baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Then pour in the flour and mix that in. Lastly, fold in the blueberries.
Transfer and divide the batter amoung the muffin slots. Top with some more blueberries if you like and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
