This easy oat bread is soft, delicious and made without yeast. All you need is yogurt, oat flour and baking powder and you have a delicious homemade bread.
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the oat flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in the yogurt; at first with a spatula and then with your hands. Dough will be very thick and sticky. That's you would want. Transfer to your loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Optional, Top with a few rolled oats and press them in. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow bread to set in the pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter or in your fridge for up to 4-5 days.
You can also use plain whole milk yogurt or Greek yogurt.
If you don't have oat flour, you can make it at home by adding rolled oats to a food processor or blender. Pulse until the oats become a super fine flour.
