Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash your bananas. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and incorporated. Sift in the flour and stir to combine. Lastly fold in the blueberries. Transfer the batter to your pan and spread out evenly. Add some more blueberries to the top of the batter and bake for about 55 minutes to 1 hour (or until a toothpick comes out clean). Allow to set in the pan for 5-10 minnutes then turn it out onto a wire rack to fully cool.
Homemade Self Rising Flour: 1¾ cups all purpose flour + 2 ¾ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt
If you're using regular Sweetened Condensed Milk that comes in a 14 oz can, use 2 cups self rising flour. Homemade SRF: 2 cups all purpose flour + 3 tsp baking soda + 1/2 tsp salt
