Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8" brownie pan with parchment paper.
Mash your bananas in a large bowl. Mix in the apple sauce. Add in the eggs, milk, syrup and vanilla and mix.
Stir in the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and blueberries. Transfer your batter to the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until starting to turn golden on the sides. Allow to cool in pan for 5-10 minutes then remove and cool on rack prior to slicing.
Notes
You can use blueberries or chocolate chips or nuts as an add in for these.If you have two large bananas, you can skip the applesauce.
