Preheat oven 350℉. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add in your self-rising flour, kefir and mix until combined. If dough is too sticky to handle, add in 2 tbs at a time until dough is manageable and not overly sticky. Form a large dough ball and divide it equally into 9 wedges. Shape the wedges into balls, place on your baking sheet and flatten slightly. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20-30 minutes or until tops are lightly golden brown. Allow them to set on a wire rack to cool for 15 minutes.
