Dressing:

of choice

ketchup
salt and pepper
to taste
Chicken:

chicken breasts,
diced

oil

paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano
salt and pepper
to taste
Salad:

heart
romaine lettuce,
sliced thinnish

bacon,
cooked + chopped

cucumbers,
sliced

corn kernels

fresh mozzarella,
cubed

pint
cherry tomatoes,
halved + juices squeezed out then halved again
Instructions
Dressing:
Whisk together the 3 ingredients and season with salt to taste.
Chicken:
Coat your diced chicken in the oil and then the seasonings. Heat a large pan on medium high and cook the pieces for 3-4 minutes per side.
Assembly:
Toss your ingredients with the dressing.
