Ingredients

cauliflower

tbs
olive oil

tbs
maple syrup
(or honey)

tbs
Sriracha sauce
1/2
tbs
low sodium soy sauce
1/2
tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice your cauliflower into small florets. Make sure they are dry as can be.
Toss them with the rest of the ingredients listed above and spread out on the pan - don't overcrowd.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tender and caramelized brown.
Notes
To make it gluten free, use Tamari Sauce instead of soy sauce.
