Sweet and Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
Sweet, spicy and savory, for me, is the ultimate in flavor palates. It just satiates every desire in the mouth. And this recipe is exactly that and then some. It also, again, delivers on the easy and quick factors, which are so freakin important when you have a life and gotta get dinner on the table.
So there are a few substitutes with this one. You can use maple syrup or honey as the sweet part. Frank’s Hot Sauce can be implemented for the spicy portion of the recipe (if you don’t like it too spicy, lessen the amount indicated below). You can use olive oil or sesame oil. If you follow a gluten free diet, you should substitute Tamari Sauce for the soy sauce.
