Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the tortillas onto the pan using about 1/3 cup of ground chicken on each tortilla and flatten the chicken out thinly and evenly, all the way to the edges of the tortilla. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano generously. Bake for 15-17 minutes or golden on the edges.
Assembly:
Spread each taco with tzatziki, then top with cherry tomatoes, red onions, french fries, more tzatziki and parsley. Fold and enjoy!
