My passion has always been to bring easy Mediterranean-style recipes to home cooks. Inspired by my Greek heritage and the years I spent working in my family’s diners, this book celebrates the love of cooking passed down through generations.

- Nutritional Info: Keeping in line with my website, I knew I had to include the nutritional info for each recipe. This info can help people stay on track with their goals.
- Gluten Free Options: I tried to include as many gluten free recipes as possible in this book since I know Low-Carb is important to my readers. If the recipe itself isn’t gluten free, then I generally added gluten free alternatives to almost all recipe notes.
- Recipe Breakdown: Of the 100 recipes in my book, 23 recipes are Fan Favorites and 77 recipes are Brand New!

When does the cookbook come out?
The Hungry Happens: Mediterranean Cookbook is officially for sale starting September 9, 2025, but you can PREORDER NOW (which helps SO much)!
Why preorder the book?
I know September feels far away, but pre-ordering is incredibly important for authors — especially NEW authors like me! There are a few reasons why:
- Retail availability. The number of pre-ordered books lets retailers know that they should stock more copies, which in turn gets even more copies in readers’ hands. Publishers will print more copies to sell in stores when they see that the book is in demand.
- Media opportunities. The more the book is pre-ordered, the more opportunities my team and I will have to share it around the country (and the world!) through TV appearances, and online and in-print articles.
- Becoming a bestseller. Pre-ordering the book helps it climb coveted bestseller lists on New York Times, Amazon, and more. A TRUE honor for any author.

How much is the book?

The great thing about Amazon is that they have a Price Guarantee Policy that ensures no matter when you order the book (between now and the publication date of 9/9/2025), you will be charged the lowest price of which its ever been listed. So lets say you order the book today for $30 and the book goes on sale further for $24 in June… When the book ships out to you in September, you will be charged the $24 June price (not the $30 price). I have a dairy allergy. Are there enough dairy free recipes in your new book that make it worth while for me?

I’m not gonna lie, i do love my cheeses! But you probably already know that if you follow this blog!
I really think you can customize the majority of the recipes and just simply leave out the cheese toppings that i typically use and still have a delicious dish!
