The Greatest Guacamole
This genuine Chipotle recipe for guacamole is a flavorful and easy to recreate.
This is my go to guacamole recipe ever since I found it on Chipotle restaurant’s Twitter account many years ago. My family loves it and asks for it constantly. Whenever I have a bunch of avocados in my fridge that are about to go bad, I pull this recipe out. Along with some tortilla chips or potato chips.
This recipe is easily double-able if you have more guests and is perfect for game day eats. Don’t forget to add it on your tacos/burrito bowls or eggs in the morning.
- 4 ripe avocados, peeled
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, fine chop
- 1 jalapeño, seeded + diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mash all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips or on top of a taco.
