3 Ingredient Healthy Blueberry Sorbet

The perfect quick fix for those summer sweet cravings.

I am not exaggerating when I tell you the entire batch of this stuff got inhaled by me and the family in a matter of minutes. Its a super simple recipe that requires next to no effort. Make this NOW while the weather is still warm.

You can use any frozen fruit you have on hand; strawberries, blackberries, mango, etc. or a combination of all. You can sub in maple syrup instead of honey to make it vegan. I like to also use lime juice instead of lemon juice.

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbs honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup water


  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor, in the order they are listed. Blend until completely smooth, pausing to push down the mixture as needed. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve immediately with mint garnish.
