These almond flour cookies are made with only 6 ingredients. They offer a delightful texture that is generously sized and incredibly soft!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder. Next, add in the melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla and mix together until incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips. Then using your hands, form 6 large balls or (12 smaller balls) and flatten them out on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on edges. Transfer to the wire rack to allow to cool for 5 minutes.
