These almond flour chocolate chip cookies are a revelation! They prove that incredible taste and texture don’t require a long ingredient list. With just six simple ingredients, they transform into a batch of truly extraordinary gluten free chocolate chip cookies.

What sets these almond flour cookies apart is their delightful consistency. They bake up beautifully thick, promising a satisfying bite every time. Inside, you’ll find an incredibly soft crumb that practically melts in your mouth, studded generously with pockets of gooey chocolate.

Minimal ingredients mean less fuss and a quicker path to warm, homemade almond flour cookies. You can shape these into 12 smaller cookies or 6 larger ones (like I did). You can use dairy free chocolate chips and vegan butter to make these vegan.

Absolutely delicious!
Thanks for trying them Elissa!
Thank you so much for this!!!! This is our new favorite now! I’m wondering if you can bake these in the air fryer? I’ve been having a hard time with my oven lately. Thank you again!
I made these cookies, and I enjoyed them over several days. I made 12 smaller cookies, and I did not flatten them, but just lightly pressed them down. I also use less chocolate because it helps to save money and limit sugar intake.
Not bad. However mine came out a bit too dry and crumbled for my taste. overall good for a gluten free chocolate chip cookie!
omg omg these are amazing!! trying not to eat the entire tray!

HI Hanna, I’m sorry the recipe didnt work for you
vegan butter wasnt used in the original recipe idiot
Joseph, the ad hominem comment is inappropriate and rude. Stella mentioned you could make the cookies with vegan butter, so Hanna’s comment that it didn’t work out was appreciated. Be nice, please.
I had some almond flour to finish and this worked out perfectly. They are delicious. Thank you for sharing this almond flour recipe. I am a diabetic and trying to make more baked goodies with almond flour.
