Greek Salad Cottage Cheese Bowl
This high protein low carb lunch has all the Mediterranean flavors to enjoy!
For all of us that hate dirtying too many dishes and pans, we can make this easy high protein Greek Salad. The flavors of the salad all go really well with the cottage cheese. It literally only takes 5 minutes to come together and tastes amazing!

Greek Salad Cottage Cheese Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 oz Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbs fresh dill, (or 1/2 tsp dried oregano)
- 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- drizzle olive oil + red wine vinegar (or lemon)
Instructions
- Place your cottage cheese in a bowl and spread out. Top with the tomatoes, olives, bell pepper, avocado, feta, dill and sprinkle with the Everything bagel seasoning. Lastly drizzle the top with olive oil and optional vinegar (or lemon).

I could eat this salad every single day. I just love it. I will add fresh italian parsley, and sometimes blueberries or sliced peaches (in season) or nuts like walnuts or slivered almonds. The possibilities are endless.

I don’t know where to get this everything bagel spice and don’t want to buy for one recipe. What can I use as substitute?
HI Chris, I would use some sesame seeds and a little onion powder. But they do sell Everything Bagel Seasoning at most supermarkets – especially at Trader Joe’s or online on Amazon!
