Easy Baked Apple Slices
The reason why this recipe is one you should save is because you will need and use it on repeat. Those bag of apples on your counter, why not level them up with this easy to make little recipe?
Make sure you slice your apples not too thin and not too thick – about half an inch. Also don’t forget to remove the seeds. You can melt unsalted butter or coconut oil to brush on the slices. Next, coat the slices front and back. And lastly, sprinkle with a little cinnamon on top. You can also do a little cardamon and ginger if you’re feeling ambitious.
My family loves to enjoy these on their own but also with some ice cream or even Greek yogurt as a snack. I’ve also used these yummy slices to top our pancakes and waffles. You can also apply this recipe to peaches, pears, etc.

Very simple recipe but it works well. My kids with braces are pretty thrilled that they won’t have to miss the fresh apples from the farm stand.
I wanted something sweet so I used one apple cut up in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds butter and cinnamon…yum
