Easy Sushi Style Lox Wrap
This is high protein, low carb and possesses all the yummy sushi flavors.
This is another recipe that requires minimal effort and produces maximum results. We enjoyed this so much because it incorporates all our favorites: smoked salmon, avocado, whipped cream cheese, Kewpie mayo and Sriracha!
Ever since we made the Spicy Salmon Sushi Cups, its been homemade sushi on the mind. This lox version is simply delicious and all it takes is 5 minutes of your time.

Easy Sushi Style Lox Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 nori sheets
- 4 oz lox (smoked salmon)
- 1 avocado, sliced thin
- 1/3 small onion, sliced thin
- 2 oz spreadable cream cheese
- 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
- Kewpie mayo
- Sriracha sauce
- black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice each nori sheets halfway up, to the center of the sheet.
- In the first quadrant lay flat your lox. In the second square add your avocado. In the third lay out your red onions. And the last square, spread out your cream cheese and layer on the cucumber slices. Drizzle the avocado with Sriracha and kewpie mayo. Add sesame seeds throughout.
- Fold the lox layer up and towards the avocado and repeat until you have a square.

This is going to seem like a silly question, but… the recipe calls for 2 nori sheets. Are they on top of each other? It’s hard to tell from the video. Or is that just to make a second serving? Thanks for sharing!!

This looks great ( and healthy) Definitely going to try it!
However, I would try Primal Kitchen mayo instead OF kEWPIE. The first ingredient in kewpie is soybean oil which is highly processed & refined, GMO and highly inflammatory to the body. Plus it has sugar in it. Primal Is made with avocado oil and all-natural ingredients.🙂👍
