- 1/2 cup (130 g) creamy peanut butter, room temp
- 3 tbs milk, of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (90 g) oat flour
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup (60 g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, milk and vanilla until combined. Next, fold in the brown sugar, cinnamon and salt until mostly combined. Then, mix in the oat flour until incorporated. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 4 days.
- You can use any nut butter instead of peanut butter.
- You can use coconut sugar instead of brown sugar.
