A delicious dinner with a secret boost of protein coming from the creamy sauce! Do not sleep on this low carb Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake!
You can enjoy chicken alfredo any way you like it but my favorite is low carb with broccoli and a creamy high protein sauce. Whenever I make it the family devours it!

This can be a one pan meal if you use rotisserie chicken from the market or Costco. If you like this recipe you will love my Low Carb Chicken Zucchini Bake or my Creamy Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta Sauce.

Thank you for an amazing recipe. Made it for dinner and my partner said it was quite delicious.
I used thighs and drumsticks, added onion flakes, paprika, lemon and herb spices and it took the chicken to another level.
I have tried most of your recipes as my partner is greek and I try keep cooking healthy recipes like yours!
Many thanks Stella and keep em coming!.
All the way from Johannesburg, South Africa!
Hello in Johannesburg!
I’m so glad you both are resonating with the recipes!
And I truly appreciate your kind message : )
I made this for my son and his family, since they just brought home my newest granddaughter. Momma sent me this message and I had to share it with you.
“Ok the broccoli chicken bake was incredible!! Thank you! The boys kept saying “this is the best food in the world!”
Thank you Stella for another fantastic recipe.
Hubby liked it, I thought was just okay. First of your recipes I didn’t really care for, was very bland. We used jar alfredo sauce not realizing how much salt was in it so we thought it very salty; will make our own alfredo sauce if we make this again. And also perhaps add some green peppers and tomatoes and whatever else we have on hand to provide more flavor. Hubby thought next time we should try broccoli shrimp alfredo, might have more flavor than using chicken.
Delicious! My husband was iffy upon hearing the recipe, but once it was made, we each ate two helpings! SUPER easy to throw together and flexible ingredients. I used what I had on hand, cooked deboned chicken, frozen broccoli (thawed slightly), ricotta and gruyere slices on top. It took 5 minutes to put together and 35 min to cook and the hardest part was waiting for it to cool. 🙂
Hi Janet, I’m so glad you tried the recipe and both you and your hubby enjoyed the dish! Thank you for the kind feedback
I made this with boneless skinless chicken thighs. This was so delicious. tons of flavor. will definitely make this again.
Gorgeous, tasty and a quick mid week meal. Everybody loved this one.
So good! I’ve made it twice now and it’s one of our favorites. Tastes even better after a night in the fridge where it gets creamy and thick like Mac and cheese.
