The Crispiest Potatoes Ever
Easy to make potatoes that are super crunchy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside.
I hate to admit it but I have been known to keep a bag or two of frozen fries in the freezer for emergency purposes or lazy days. These crispy nuggets have changed all that. Once you try these morsels of heaven you can never go back to that frozen crap or that deep fried stuff either. Yes they are that exceptional.
It all comes down to the method with this recipe. The par boil breaks down the exterior of the potato which in turn mushes a bit during the boil, which in turn creates that nice outer crust in the air fryer.

These was SENSATIONAL! I would give it an easy 10/5! I’ve made this recipe now with both fresh, grated Parmesan, and the powdered version enhanced how much better with the shredded! Unreal how they get so crispy – my new favorite when I’m feeling a healthy starch!
