3 Ingredient Brownie Bites
The gooeyiest of chocolate desserts and so simple to make – a winner every time!
My family goes wild for these every time I serve them up. I usually bake them around Halloween for some reason they remind me of treats for this holiday, but clearly you can make them anytime of year!
I definitely recommend the flakey salt to top with, provides the perfect sweet and salty contrast for the brownie. I also definitely recommend letting them cool prior to removing from the liners to avoid sticking to the paper. I used a silicone muffin tray so I didn’t need liners.

Can you use Casava flour or Coconut flour?
Hi RAchel, I have not tried it with these flours but i’m certain that coconut flour will not work here.
Are you using All-Purpose flour or self-rising?
Hi Cindy, regular all purpose flour here!
Could you make them in mini muffin pans and would bake time and oven temp change?
Yes, definitely can be made in mini muffin tray. I would do 10-12 minutes.
Do you use the regukar size or mini size muffin tins? Thank you. Also, if you use the silicone do you have to grease them? Thank you.
Hi Kathy! I used a regular sized muffin tray here and it was silicone and no greasing or spraying is necessary. Enjoy!!
