Easy Greek Olive Tapenade
The most delicious and flavor packed tapenade you will ever try.
I guarantee you have never had a tapenade like this one before. It comes together in 10 minutes and the flavors of the olives and feta and lemon are a symphony in your mouth. The key to this recipe being successful is to FINELY chop the ingredients.
Mint also works really well in this recipe. I used my favorite Frescatrano Greek Olives, but you can use any green olives you have on hand. The feta cheese should always come from a block; never use pre-crumbled feta.

Thanks for the recipe! I made it for a vegan dinner. I used maple syrup instead of honey and a vegan feta instead of the classic one. This recipe is spectacular!

Would it still work without the garlic? Any substitutes you’d suggest?
Hi Morg, Yes you can definitely leave it out of the recipe. OR Maybe sub in some capers, chives or a shallot!
Ohhhh so morish. After making it the first time we always make a double batch as it seems to go very quickly.
