Blender Cherry Clafoutis
This Cherry Clafoutis is a French dessert that will blow you away. The method is super simple and quickly comes together in your blender or food processor. The outcome is fluffy and delicious. The cherries, once baked, become super juicy and burst in your mouth with flavor. It was really difficult not going in for seconds with this recipe.
I love the cherries here and used a Cherry Pitter from Amazon to quickly remove the pits. Its also really fun to use! If you don’t have cherries, you can sub in berries instead. If you don’t have heavy cream, use kefir, buttermilk or more milk.

Hi Belinda, thank you for trying it out! I’m so glad you enjoyed the recipe!
How would you make this gluten free?
Hi Alexa, you can use gluten free all purpose flour, almond flour and coconut flour combination, will work!
This looks yummy, but when I was in France, I was taught to make a clafoutis as a 3,2,1 cake. It’s been a while, but I believe it was 3 Tbsp. flour, 2 sugar and 1 egg. Mix and pour over fruit in an 8×8. It was super simple.
