The best part about this recipe is just how incredibly effortless it is to whip up. There’s no messy dough to roll out or complicated steps to follow.

As they bake, the parmesan melts and crisps up into a beautifully lacy, savory shell that perfectly locks in the sweet, juicy kernels of corn. The combination of the salty, sharp cheese, sweet corn, and smoky spices creates an absolute flavor explosion.

2 Ingredient Parmesan Corn Chips

Stop buying processed corn chips and try these 2 ingredient corn chips instead. They're perfect for those corn chip cravings!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (0.45 kg) frozen corn, thawed + patted completely dry
  • 7 oz (200 g) shredded parmesan
  • salt, garlic powder, onion powder + paprika, to taste
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Line an 12×17 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Do not use wax paper or aluminum foil.
  • Sprinkle the baking sheet with the shredded parmesan so that there is a thin even layer of cheese. Next, carefully sprinkle the corn kernels evenly over the cheese rectangle so that they cover the cheese entirely. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika to taste. Lastly, lightly spray the top with olive oil. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until edges are brown and crispy. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then break apart to serve.
