This salisbury steak recipe is super easy to make and delicious. The mushroom gravy melts into the steaks for an unforgettable dinner!
Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy is a classic, easy to make comfort dish that delivers big on flavor without requiring hours in the kitchen. Oval shaped beef patties are seared to perfection before simmering directly in a luscious, deeply savory mushroom sauce.

The secret to these juicy patties lies in a well seasoned mixture of ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, minced onion, garlic, and egg. Umami packed additions like Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and Dijon mustard enhance the beef’s natural flavor.

To complement the beef, a rich gravy is crafted by sautéing sliced mushrooms, onions, and fresh garlic in melted butter. Combining them with flour, rich beef broth, and a splash more Dijon and Worcestershire for depth.
