Broccoli Feta Fritters
It’s all green to me with these broccoli recipes. I could eat these endlessly. This is one of my Original recipes I recreated and updated to share with my new friends on TikTok, etc. You can’t go wrong with this recipe. If you have some broccoli in your fridge, I urge you to create these! They’re great for breakfast, lunch, side dish, appetizer or snack time!
Ingredients:
Super basic ingredients in this one with gluten free substitutes too. For the all purpose flour you can sub in oat flour, almond flour or gluten free flour. It might need a tad bit more but mix it with the measurements below and you can always add in an extra tablespoon of flour if needed to bring the batter together.
The eggs are the main binder here and I’m not sure if the mixture would hold together with a substitute like flax eggs. If you don’t like feta, you can simply add in more mozzarella cheese. If you don’t like dill, sub in chives or basil. Serves perfect with some Tsatziki Sauce (although I enjoy them on their own).
The mixture might feel like it’s not coming together because of the broccoli chunks, but once you get it in the pan, it will converge and cook into a perfect fritter thanks to the cheese and eggs.

hi there! is it 57kcal/fritter?
Hello! yes if that’s what it states is serving size is! Thank you!
Love this recipe!! Make it weekly for snacking and side dishes. Just wondering could you do frozen broccoli instead of fresh so you can stock up on extra?
Insanely good! Addicting, quite frankly. My husband who never touches a green vegetable loved them. My kids, 2 and 4 loved them as well. Adding to the rotation! Thank you!
HI Amanda, glad the whole family loved them! thanks so much for the kind rating!
Taste amazing
I Love broccoli but would have never thought to have made it into fritters. Have to say I made these, super easy and flavorful and omg delish! I paired it with the home made tatziki. YUM! Highly recommend.
Hi Gina, YES, feta and broccoli are a match made in heaven!
I used almond flour and these turned out perfectly! So easy. I also didn’t make them all at the same time and the batter kept well in the frig.
HI Jessica, thank you so much for sharing your feedback and experience with the recipe with us!
I’ve never seen my kid eat so much broccoli. My family LOVED this recipe.
Oh I LOVE that!
Is the nutritional info (carbs) based off of 1 single fritter?
I added some edamama in with my mixture and it worked great! These were simple and fun. I will say, the dilly was a tad overpowering for me, so I’ll probably scale it down next time until I find that sweet spot. But I’m definitely making these again!
How much in cups is 4 small crowns?
Phenomenal! Just made these – definitely putting them in our rotation!
yummy
The best broccoli fritter I ever had, bar none! What a difference feta makes!
