Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (One Bowl)
My most viral baked recipe with a simple adjustment that absolutely perfects them.
We make these all the time in my house. Obsessed with the peanut butter banana and chocolate combination. This time, I updated the recipe by adding 1/4 cup almond flour to the mix. This recipe, can, at times, be extra gooey. It varies due to the consistency of your bananas and/or your peanut butter.

So I made the muffins and I was taking them out of the muffin tins. They’re super gooey and kind of just fell apart. They are done. Is that the consistency they’re supposed to be
HI Stephanie you gotta let them cool off with this flourless recipe.
Can you use regular flour instead of almond flour?
Hi Steph, yes you can!
I made this in a loaf tin, so good, had to bake a little longer, extra 5min. The only problem, when I left it to cool, it collapsed in the middle. still good enough to eat.
Hello Mlvo! Mine slightly collapsed too! Its a by product of the flourless recipe and ingredients unfortunately!! Thanks for the kind rating though!!
Can I freeze them after I’ve made them? How long would they last in the freezer?
Amazing! Made them today, but with almond butter. So moist and delicious.
Hi Brad, glad you liked the muffins!! Thanks for the rating!
These muffins are out of this world! I have been looking for a good gluten free recipe and these are definitely it. 10/10 would recommend even if you are not gluten free!

Hi Stella, I made these muffins today and they sunk in the middle 🥲
Should I add 1/2 tsp of baking
powder ? Not sure why they sunk. Uggh
Hi Victoria, they will probably sink a little in the middle because of the ingredients
These are amazing. They’re also super yummy and moist with texture when I add walnuts and golden raisins to the batter. Addicted 🙂
Hi Ana, those add ins sound amazing!
I made these today and they were so yummy… 🥰 my kids loved them! Definitely making them again… I’m going to look for your other recipes that don’t have nuts so i can make them for school snack 🥰
Easy and so delicious!!
Made these and my husband and I immediately inhaled two each as we waited for them to cool… sooo delicious! Gorgeous “springy” texture and super easy to make. Added 2 scoops protein powder & splash of vanilla almond milk per Cost n Mayor’s suggestion (their Insta sent me here) but otherwise made exactly as written, using honey and crunchy natural PB. 10/10 would make again!
