Make for all the delicious tzatziki flavors with a fraction of the work.
This is our GO-TO dip for all our veggies and proteins. Yes we also love to make my traditional Greek Tzatziki recipe too but when I might be out of cucumbers or just need a quick fix, I always turn to this simple recipe!

Why mint rather than dill? I love both so just curious as to your choice.
Hi Sabina, I wanted to change the recipe up from my traditional tzatziki dip. But you can use either or OR both!
Must try this! I do not like chunks of anything in any dip or sauce and the premade tzatziki has small diced cucumber and I just can’t do it! This sounds like the answer to my issue! Will I miss the cucumber freshness taste? The only other thing I can think of is use of blender and blend the cucumber until you cannot feel it or see it anymore. My local Greek food truck must do that because theirs is amazing and I cannot get enough of it. They also use a blend of Greek yogurt and sour cream, but I don’t know the ratio or the other seasonings that they put in, but it is magic! I’m hoping it is the same with this dip!! If you have any suggestions to still use cucumber but not have any trace of it other than flair, please let me know! Thx!!
