Ingredients
Spicy Tzatziki:
Instructions
Spicy Tzatziki:
- Shred your cucumber first, let it sit while you mix the rest of the ingredients. Before you add it into the bowl, pat it gently with some paper towel. You want to remove some liquids but not all.
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, dill, garlic, olive oil, salt, red wine vinegar and Sriracha, until smooth. Then toss in the cucumber shreds and mix. Taste and adjust if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Board:
- Spread your spicy tzatziki on the board evenly. Top with your feta, olives, dill, paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Enjoy with baby bell peppers or oregano pita chips.
How far in advance can I make the Board part? I’m traveling for Thanksgiving and wanted to make it on Tuesday or Wednesday to be put together and served on Thursday Will that work?
I would not make this more than a day in advance of serving. Even though it keeps for a few days, i prefer to serve fresh as possible
Fun and easy to make! I added more garlic. My husband loved it. Scrumptious eating after an 8 mile bike ride! Used Mary’s Gone Crackers and TJs 3 Seed Sweet Potato crackers as our shovels! Yum!
Hi Lindsey, MMMMMmmm love the shovels! I have to try those out! Thanks for the rec!
