6 Ingredients No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups (Vegan)
The whole family LOVED these little cups; they were gone in under 24 hours. They give off serious Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups vibes but way more healthy, loving and delicious. With only 6 ingredients that you most likely have in your pantry already – these NEED to be made! If you love these, you will also love my NO BAKE SNICKERS OAT CUPS!!
This recipe is so simple to make. Simply mix up the ingredients in a bowl. Divide the mixture up into 10 muffins slots and flatten them as best as you can. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Then get your peanut butter chocolate mixture going, melted in a small pot on LOW heat. Top with the chocolate and some flaky salt, freeze some more and enjoy! Another great dessert bite recipe are my HEALTHY TWIX CUPS!

This was so easy! Used sugar-free choc chips and they were fantastic!
Oh people, just make the damn things and eat them. Use your common sense for how many you should eat. Stop being so hellbent on what the exact calorie count is!!
LOL Seriously, they should probably just eat an apple. I think an apple is one serving, as decreed by Mother Nature.
This is one of the most entertaining, infuriating comment sections I have ever read! 😂
Made these yesterday. They are amazing!! Just wanted to ask regarding storage requirements. I do know it says air right container in freezer. But do they also do well in fridge? And if so, for how long. Thanks so much:)
When I added it up for 10 servings it resulted in 324 calories/cup. fyi
I made these with oat flour. Absolutely delicious! Thank you for the recipe.
amazing recipe
Can you use regular flour or if not, what other substitute can you use if you don’t care if they are vegan or not?
Hi Laura, oat flour or almond flour!
hi Stella, 294 calories is that for 1? this seems rather a lot for 1 when u only have 1500 calories a day
Regular flour needs to be cooked to eat, so I don’t think that’s a good sub. You just need something to firm it all up, so I used protein powder in mine.
Sooo good! I used sugar free maple syrup & sugar free chocolate chips. I put them in 24 mini muffin tins lined with paper liners and the rest into a good sized cookie tin. Thank you so much!
Hi Debbie, that’s awesome! Thanks so much for sharing your feedback with everyone and I’m glad you liked the cups!
These are the bomb!!! So easy to throw together. Tastes like you’re eating a peanut butter pie with chocolate glaze. And half the calories. Taste so good right out of the freezer. Will become a staple sweet tooth satisfier in this house.
Hi Cinsy, glad you like them!! Thanks for the kind review!
These look amazing! Will definitely be trying this soon. Do you have the nutritional information for the vegan version? I see that this recipe contains cholesterol so I’m assuming that the nutritional info is for milk chocolate chips. Thank you!
These were absolutely amazing! My husband isn’t for anything that is healthier and he LOVES them!
Will make again & again!
Thank you for you delicious recipes!
I recently made these and absolutely love them! I’ll be making them again soon!
Hi Vonda, glad they were a win for you! Thanks for sharing your kind feedback!
I added coconut flakes (yum!) and used a square dish and cut into squares since I don’t have a muffin tin. Already made this recipe twice and will make it again!
Hi JC, Thats fantastic! Thanks for sharing your tips and feedback with us!
Trying to understand how these can be considered healthy with 16 g of sugar
They are made with mostly whole ingredients and a far cry from the packaged chocolate candy bars and treats
I have adjusted the peanut butter because it was a little rich for me, ie, I don’t add the extra peanut butter with the chocolate. I also have added raisins and walnuts and am enjoying those.
HI Frankie, those sound incredible – like oatmeal raisin cookies! Need to try! Thank you for sharing your idea with everyone!
Made these last night with honey and they turned out great! They are really rich though, I’m thinking they would be perfect in something like a mini-muffin pan! Thanks for the recipe, will definitely be making again, but perhaps smaller next time 🙂
Hi Dana, glad that you liked the oat cups and thanks for sharing your feedback!
