Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread (6 Ingredients)
Only 6 ingredients standing in between you and banana bread heaven.
This is my favorite recipe out of all the banana loaves I have created, its the simplest and most delicious. The ingredients are mostly all whole ingredients, with the exception of the chocolate. You can add in something else, like chopped dates, raisins or walnuts if you like.

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread (6 Ingredients)
Ingredients
- 2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×5" loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with coconut oil.
- Mix all ingredients – EXCEPT THE CHOCOLATE. Once batter is incorporated, then fold in the chocolate pieces. Transfer batter to your pan and top with more chocolate if you like for aesthetic purposes. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Watch the loaf at the 35-40 minute mark, if the top of the loaf is browning excessively, loosely throw over a piece of aluminum foil to cover the top.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack, 15 minutes prior to slicing

I don’t see flour in this recipe
There is no flour in this recipe!
This came out incredibly delicious even though I forgot to add the honey. My loaf pan is big so I doubled the recipe. I had 3 large ripe bananas so they sweetened it nicely without the honey or syrup. I would definitely leave out the sweetener again as I’m watching my sugar as is my daughter, which is who I made this for. Don’t skip the chocolate on top. Wondering if it’s okay to add some to the batter. I used dark chocolate chunks.
I also made your chicken veg soup for my daughter. She was under the weather. Doubled that recipe too.
Your recipes are my go to Stella. They come together quickly and perfectly. Thank you sooo much!!
HI Pam, Hope your daughter is feeling better! She’s lucky to have you taking care of her!
it says ‘flourless’ as a first word in the heading lol
😂
is the nutritional value per serve or the whole loaf?
per serving
Hi Stella can I use Tahini instead of peanut butter
YES you can!
Very good question 🤔. I was just about to ask the same.
the tik tok version had almond flour
can I make muffins out the these?
Absolutely! Just lessen bake time to 20-22 minuts.
Great recipe, so easy to make. Awesome banana bread! Your recipes are great, thanks Stella! 😊
HI Mike, thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the loaf!
Can you use milk chocolate?
of course! That will definitely work!
Great stuff ☺️
Thank you Max!
Can you substitute eggs with applesauce or flax egg? Our son has an egg allergy, but this looks so yummy!
Did you try an egg substitute Would love to make this eggless for my daughter.
I used an egg substitute! It was still the best banana bread I’ve ever made lol..
what did you use as an egg substitute please Kyle?
This has become a big favorite of ours. The texture came out perfectly fine.
Hi Sarah, Glad you loved the recipe! Thanks so much for the rating!
do you have a sugar free version of this ?
I would also be interested in a sugar free, no honey/maple syrup version, since bananas already are high in sugar.
someone said they forgot the honey and they were delicious.
Wow!! So good! I left it in a little too long but still turned out so nice. Wife is GF so anything that doesn’t use flour or dairy is a win!
Hi Jim, This is perfect for her! Glad you tried it and thank you for taking the time to rate and comment!
Guys, mine did not come out. I’m going to blame it on my oven though. It came out burnt and the inside wasn’t cooked all the way? Have 0 idea how that even happens. Great taste though. Will try again.
Hello! Oh no I’m sorry it didnt work out for you! In the Instructions, I state to loosely add a piece of aluminum foil thrown over the top of the loaf to prevent burning and continue the baking until done. Try that next time! Best!
Same happened to me. outer was burning and inner not cooked. kind of confused what happened. I made 2 loafs at the same time (both on top rack). I made one with syrup and the other with honey. I also covered the top after 30mins because it was already starting to burn.
Hi Stacy, Maybe next time bump your oven to 325 F. All ovens are different in strength. I have an electric oven and I used to have a gas oven. The gas was extremely more powerful than the electric.
Is it moist? Looks delicious
Hi! Is crunchy peanut butter okay? It’s all I have :/
HI Ana, yes okay to use!
Tip top…..;)
Thank you Charlie for the rating!1
Wondering if it is 317kcal per serving, or for the whole tray? Thanks 😊
Mine came out perfect and my boyfriend loves it because he’s GF , I put my foil on 10min in lol and came out nice and golden.
I was really skeptical about this. When I made it, my batter was looser than what was on the video, but it baked up great – very cake-like. Only thing I would change is to put my chocolate in on top of the batter after I pour it into the loaf pan, b/c it sank to the bottom.
*I cut the honey back to 1/4 c. and subbed in a Tb. Lakanto powdered sweetener.
It was so delicious!
Really nice texture. I used peanut butter but any nut butter would be great. Could also try tahini if nut allergy? Super yummy!!!
Can u do sugar-free maple syrup? or will that ruin the taste trying to help my friends dad who is pre-diabetic out on some recipes. please advise
Thanks for the recipe was so good
Can almond butter be used
yes!
ooh, I’m not a baker, but this looks too easy and I have all the ingredients. can’t wait to try. thank you!
Can I use maple syrup instead of honey?
Yes, it’s in the ingredients
How large is a serving?
Can you substitute sugar free sweetener for the honey?
I haven’t tried it yet but it looks amazing. Is the nutritional information per serving? and if so how big is the serving please? my son was recently diagnosed as a diabetic, this looks like a good recipe for a treat
j aurais aimé en français merci
Google translate!! Geez
hello. is that 317 cals for the whole loaf?
what’s is considered a serving size? calories 317 and 24 grams of carbs in one slice? TY. I will try this recipe for sure!
Hi Stella, can you double this recipe? I’ve got 5 young men in this house!
Hi Rita, yes, and transfer the batter to two separate loaf pans.
Can i put it in an airfryer instead of oven?
Yes!
It was delicious!!! I added roasted walnuts to mine and I’ll definitely be making it again!!!
Hi Stephanie, glad you liked the loaf! And I love the roasted walnuts as an addition! i gotta try that!!
YUM!! I WASN’T SURE AT FIRST WHEN I MIXED IT ALL TOGETHER, SEEMED RUNNY, BUT EXCELLENT TEXTURE & TASTE, USED MAPLE SYRUP AND GHIRADELLI CHOC CHIPS, DEF A WINNER!! THIS WILL BE A FAVORITE!
The nutrition facts posted; that for the whole banana loaf?
The nutrition facts posted; that for the whole banana loaf?
Amazing recipie. I modified this to make pancakes as well.
Looks amazing and wonderful for my GF granddaughter. But what peanut butter do you use? The brand I buy doesn’t pour from the jar.
Hi Pauline – I use an all natural PB from Trader Joe’s where the only ingredient is peanuts (and salt). I do not use Jif. You can also find it at Whole Foods and other large super markets! Hope you and your granddaughter enjoy!!
Looks great! Could i add some protein powder (hemp powder) to this? Would I need to change the recipe at all? Thanks!
YES definitely go for it and it should work without any other alternations!
Hi! This looks delicious! Thanks for the nutritional info as well. Those figures are based on what size of piece (grams e.g.)?
Can anything else be substituted for peanut butter? (Besides other nut butters) . Could unsweetened apple sauce be used instead?
I see nutrition info at the bottom but not the serving size. How big a slice is that 317 Cals?
super yum
is this 317 calories for the whole loaf? approximately how many calories would it be per slice?
the 317 calories is for the whole cake or per slice?
hi stella, the calories 317 for the whole cake or per slice? thx
Hello! Its per slice
Is the 312 calories for one serving ? I see there are 8 servings to the loaf is that all correct.
hi stella, the calories 317 for the whole cake or per slice? thx
per slice
Looks wonderful but my son can’t have bananas. What would you use instead?
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
or sweet potato
Is your nutritional calculations per loaf? 24 grams of carbs per loaf?
First time trying any sort of banana loaf and this recipe was perfect!
Can I use regular chunky peanut butter & add oil?
Yes, that might work
This was such an easy recipe that everyone in the house enjoyed including those who are gluten free! Thanks so much!
This recipe looks amazing and I would love to make it, but I live at 5000 ft above sea level. Are they any changes to make it at my altitude?
Stella hello, I really loved this recipe I want to make it, but I need a video some help to understand better, I’m not a good to cakes.. 😕 Really need help.. Thank u ❤️❤️ I’m also Greek 💋
Hi Marina, There is a video at the top of the page here!!! Thank you for the sweet message too my Greek sister!!
So good!! I made it on a whim, left it out on the counter to cool and half way through the next day it was finished!! My kids and picky husband all loved the guilt free treat. We substituted peanut butter with almond butter ( only because we had it) and added 2 teaspoons of stevia – no honey because the bananas were super sweet. Came out great.
Hahahahah I hoped you learned your lesson – just kidding!!! I’m really happy the whole family liked the loaf! Thanks also for the glowing review!
Delicious. Texture was perfect as well as taste. Added walnuts. Really enjoyed.
Wow! Flavor and texture are amazing. I didn’t add honey but everything else stayed the same. Everyone loved it!!!! So easy too!
Hi Kristin, Did you increase any other ingredients since you didn’t add the honey?
Would this be good for someone who has high cholesterol? Gotta watch the sodium, cholesterol, saturated fats and added sugars. It looks delicious! Thanks!
Just made this! So. Yum. Havant another slice RIGHT NOW! 😅
Thank you for an awesome recipe!!
What can I substitute so lessen the fat?
Excellent recipe, can’t get better than this for a flourless banana bread!! We’ve made it 4 times since we found the recipe 2 weeks ago lol
Hey Roseanna, I’m so happy you liked it! Thank you for leaving the review!
My family and I absolutely love it. One slice is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth for the whole day.
Thanks for the recipe but wondering if you could use Whole Earth Peanut Butter – Crunchy?
I wouldn’t use crunchy myself.
I have used crunchy and loved the texture of it!
Can you replace swerve for the sweetener and sugar free chocolate?
My husband is keto.
can you specify 2 medium bananas into weight or cups mashed
Thanks
2 medium bananas
I love it WoW no more banana will finish in the garbage 😂
Before I rate and slate this banana bread recipe lol could you please tell me if you know where I went wrong. I did all that the recipe says. But my loaf was cooking still an hour on and it wasn’t like a loaf of bread. Inside it was all stodgy ?? Please tell me where I went wrong thank you.
Incredible, just a delicious snack or breakfast.
Kids LOVE it 🥰
Yay! If the kids approve you know its good!!! Thanks for rating the recipe too!
The bomb. I have an awesome banana bread recipe with flour. Now I have one without flour and it is so easy and delicious! I didn’t change anything. Thank you!!
Hi Carole, Glad you liked this banana bread! And thanks for taking the time to rate it!!
just made my first ever cake and I’m delighted with myself. maybe 5 mins less in the oven the next time but lovely and moist and tasty on the inside. thanks😁
It was sooo good! And I didn’t feel guilty eating them 😂 Thank you for sharing!
Hi Michelle, Thanks for trying them out and enjoying them! lol I never feel guilty when I eat something like this – made with whole ingredients you can’t go wrong!
Turned out perfect but, refrigerated the leftovers? And about how long will they keep in the fridge?
Hi Ken, I leave mine out and they last about 3-4 days. You’re better off refrigerating tbh – will last longer – about 5 days.
Amazing taste and guilt free recipe।
Love this recipe, I have made this three times already so easy and delicious
How much is a serving?
one eighth of the loaf
this is delicious. must try if you haven’t already.
I made this recipe today and the bread is not cooked in the middle. Put it back 5 minutes and it is like a pudding…..do not know why. I bake a lot so do not know if it is supposed to be that texture…
Easy and delicious. Had to substitute with almond butter and chocolate morsels and it came out great! My family loves it! Definitely a keeper 👍🏼💕 thank you!
Hi Silvia, Glad it was enjoyed by the whole family!
Yummy yummy! A must bake if you like peanut butter. Can you use regular peanut butter as opposed to natural? Thanks
Hi Meryl! Glad you enjoyed but you cannot use Jif peanut butter here… it wont work. Sorry!
Hey I tried this and it came out nice!! Thanks for the recipe. Btw, I used airfryer. 🙂
great feedback! Thank you@
how long and at what temp for airfryer plz
Do you think i could use Dark Chocolate cocoa powder instead of the chunks?TIA
what size of cup do you use for this recipe?
Can’t wait to try, but I have a “dumb” question, regarding the dark chocolate … do you use a regular candy bar or the baking chocolate found in the baking aisle? 😀 Thank you
Hi Francesca, I used a baking chocolate bar but you can use either!
Can I use peanut butter powder instead?
No that won’t work here.
Can this be frozen?
Delicious! I added some walnuts also. So good and light! Thank you can’t wait to try more recipes!
Hey! Thats awesome so happy you liked the loaf!
I did this twice and it was so good! I just wonder why, after taking it out of the oven to cool, the cake sinked! Any tips? I am using a rectangular pan.
HI Regina, glad you liked the loaf! There can be a few reasons why this happened.
Check the expiration dates of your leavening agents: baking powder/baking soda.
Make sure you are using the right size pan.
Dont overmix the batter.
I’d like to omit the honey 𝙤𝙧 any type of sweetener.
Can you suggest if I should increase the bananas 𝙤𝙧 peanut butter?
Hi! I would recommend an extra banana or apple sauce!
I made this tonight and it came out delicious and moist. Loving it. Next time I make it I will add pecans and omit the chocolate. I use Lilly’s chocolate. Thank you
Hi Margarita, Thanks so much for giving this recipe a try! Glad it worked out for you!
is this recipe vegan?
Hi Margie, not with the eggs.. you would have to use flax eggs, dairy free chocolate and maple syrup to make it vegan
Hi Stella -being a bit of a banana bread connoisseur myself, this was so simple and so tasty! Mine did come out a little on the dry side – do you think I maybe overcooked it? Definitely will be a go -to with your other recipe of the banana chocolate oat bread (which is also divine!)
I make this recipe and it was super easy and delicious, added pistachios along with the chocolate absolutely delicious. Thank you
I just made it this morning – this pb banana bread was fabulous! It was the perfect size for my 6-cup bundt style pan. Moist & delicious, you’d never know it’s flourless & very low in sugar. Used 1/4 tsp powdered sugar to dust the finished product. I used Jif no added sugar version is only peanuts & salt in it. It worked really well. Wish I could post a pic.
HI Donna, that sounds perfect! Thanks for taking the time to rate the recipe!
I have no idea where my loaf pan is so I made 12 muffins. I am gf so loved the no flour aspect. I used syrup not honey. I loved the muffins but think next time I will add cinnamon for an extra flavor.
To die for! Thank you so very much for this recipe! Just an FYI, I had to use a glass loaf pan, so I adjusted the temp to 325° and baked about 10 minutes longer, and it turned out great! The foil was still useful as well, about half way through I placed the foil lightly over the bread and it didn’t burn the top. Thank you again!! Will definitely be making more 😁
Absolutely! one of my to go to dessert whenever I am craving something sweet without the guilt. Also my coworkers love it too. Thank you for sharing this wonderful and easy recipe with all of us🥰
I just made this flourless banana bread and it’s absolutely delicious! I added some chopped walnuts on top and I sweetened with local maple syrup.
best brand of dark choclate for this recipe please?
Guittard
Hi Stella, are we able to use baking soda instead of baking powder?
HI MIke, I havent tried it but it should be fine.
The video said almond flour but the recipe does not list almond flour…??
Hi Debbie, that’s a different recipe on my site!
What is a cup amount?
Made just as suggested. It was delicious! It did sink a bit while cooling, but I’m pretty sure it’s the inaccuracy of my oven.
Love this flourless recipe.. My daughter want to have this but we don’t have eggs… What can be used instead of egg or flax egg?? Thank you in advance…
you can try with apple sauce, the texture will change though but it should work!
This is now my favorite banana bread. I no longer make the flour version!
Amazing, managed to please thee entire family and its healthy and sooo good thank you so much😊
Just wanted to ask in case I wanted to add some fruit like berries would you have any advice ?
Wow this was amazing! So moist and yummy! I can’t believe how good this came out without any flour!
Can’t believe I forgot the eggs!! :-(. Still going to eat it, regardless of my misfortune.
Would you increase any of the ingredients if you were leaving out the chocolate?
no need to do that
Easy to make, followed the recipe exactly & it came out delicious. thank you.
so yummy and easy!
I like your recipes are so delicious 😋
What would I substitute for peanut butter? We have nut allergies in fam.
Otherwise it sounds yummy
You can use sunflower seed butter!
It looks amazing and I’m dying to try it but I wish it had at least less than half of the total amount of sugar it has. Are there healthier alternatives for honey/maple syrup?
No one caught it but you forgot to put the flour in your ingredients..
Can you please tell about oven temperature ?
So quick and easy to make and taste delicious.
Couldn’t resist having a slice for breakfast at 6.30am. YUM!
Thank you for sharing this healthy banana bread recipe. Super simple and super tasty!! I used mini chocolate chips because that’s all that I had.
Hi Traci, its my pleasure – I’m glad it was enjoyed!
This gluten free girl is in love with this recipe. I made it with the maple syrup. it’s the best banana bread I’ve ever eaten. Thanks so much for the recipe!
Hi Alison, so glad you liked the banana bread and thank YOU for the kind rating!
So easy and delicious!!
Hi Christene, glad you liked the banana bread!
Hello, it’s in the oven now! Will a toothpick to check for doneness work with this recipe?
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT RECIPE! The bread goes together fast, tastes wonderful, and best of all, leaves my tummy feeling full and happy (aka, no tummy ache afterwards!!!) I am gluten intolerant, so it’s always a treat to find a comfort food recipe that tastes great, is moist and not the sawdusty consistency of typical gluten-free recipes. Thanks for developing and sharing it Stella!
I made it according to directions and it turned out perfect! love
Hi Carol, glad you liked the banana bread! Thanks so much for the review!
This was absolutely delicious. I made the no bake peanut butter oat cups, which were also amazing, so i knew i had to make this! I could seriously eat the whole loaf!! 🙂 so yummy!!
Hi Jennie, I feel you! Its one of my favorites this loaf! And the cups too – so bomb! Thanks so much for the kind rating!
can i use regular chunky (not natural) peanut butter?
Hi Cheryl, not sure if that will work. and i would not recommend it.
Perfect taste and texture.
I made the loaf this morning—-while the flavor was great, cooking it for 50
Minutes made the sides and bottom of the bread too browned…it wasn’t quite burnt, but it was ‘almost’ there…
I even covered it with foil at the 40-minute mark…
I’ll try again for 45m next time…😄
Try making muffins. I made 12 muffins with this recipe. Cooked @ 350 for 23 min. Didn’t burn at all😃
WOW! So good! I added collagen peptides and ground flaxseed. Made muffins large and mini. Love your recipes!
Mary
Loved this bread. Instead of me using natural peanut butter I used regular creamy peanut butter instead and Lilly dark chocolate chips. Those worked better for me since I’m diabetic It was easy and delicious. Will make this bread again.
Hi Marcy, so glad the recipe resonated with you! Thanks for trying it and leaving such a kind rating!
Where the is oaks
Hi Eve, your looking at another recipe! Ill link the one you want below:
https://hungryhappens.net/healthy-banana-oatmeal-bread/

Hi Kim, thanks so much for sharing your feedback with everyone!
Love this. Super easy to make and great consistency. I’d reccomend using Green & Blacks 70% dark choc.
Hi Sophie, love their chocolate – thanks for the recommendation!
Thank you for sharing this recipe! I used TJ mixed nut butter and sugar free maple syrup. My batter seemed thin so I added a tablespoon of coconut flour and used 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. I used Lily’s dark chocolate chips and 1/2 cup roasted walnuts. Turned out perfect!
Hi Dee, Glad you enjoyed the bars and thanks for sharing your feedback with everyone!
I tried this recipe and used crunchy peanut butter instead. It turned our really good! So moist. Definitely will make again!
Hi Kaye, sounds amazing with the crunchy PB! THanks for sharing the feedback and the kind rating!
this looks yum egg substitute
flax egg or 1/4 cup apple sauce.. keep in mind the texture will change.
Where is the oatmeal in the ingredients list!? What is the quantity?
Hi MJ, youre on the wrong recipe for this one. I will link the banana oatmeal loaf below:
https://hungryhappens.net/healthy-banana-oatmeal-bread/
I make this as muffins for on the go snacking. They disappear so fast. Great for (begrudgingly) sharing.
Hi Stephanie, I feel you!!! I have a tough time in that departement too lol
The video states there is almond flour. I don’t see that listed on the recipe. How much of that?
Did this recipe last night. OMG!! This has been the best Flourless Banana Bread EVER!! Love your recipes 😋
Hi Miggy, glad you enjoyed the loaf! Thanks for the feedback!
I just made these as muffins. They honestly hit the spot. Very good!!
Hi Toni, glad you enjoyed! Thanks for trying them!
Can you substitute the eggs for something else?
Hi Patty, I would try flax eggs here!
I’ve made this deliciousness 6 times already and absolutely love it!
2 of them are in the oven right now, taking them to a friends tomorrow. 😊
Hi Linda, LOVE LOVE that – SIX times says a lot! I don’t blame you – this is one of my faves!
The bread turned out great! It is a new go-to!
I made this with semisweet chips (because that’s what I had) and it was delicious! Will definitely be making this recipe again and again. I liked it warm but it was definitely firmer cooled completely. Very tasty and easy. I lined the pan with parchment for easy removal, but I don’t think it would have stuck anyway.
Made this substituting ripe (black) plantains for the bananas and added just a handful of oatmeal. I baked it for 9 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave that has a turn table, checking at the 4 minute mark. Wow! This was so moist and delicious! Definitely a recipe I’ll be making often.
I made this the other night and wow! i cant believe how delicious it was 😍 it was my first time baking. it was easy and pretty quick. my husband and i fell in love with this bread! Thank you Stella for sharing your recipes they are so tasty 😋
Did this several times, it has been my comfort food – so easy, yummy and healthy❤️
wow so delicious. I added pecans to mine and it was ready in 40 min. I must have a very powerful oven lol. electric stove btw
Super easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious and moist! I usually use frozen banana for my regular banana bread recipe. I did the same for this one and it turned out amazing.
OMG! I made this yesterday and have been trying to control myself from eating the whole loaf (double recipe btw)! Recently changed to a plant based diet and have discovered a multitude of recipes within my reach. Thank for taking our cultural roots to the next level!
Ευχάριστο!
Hi Jenny, I’m SO glad to hear that you enjoyed the bread and I agree it is hard to control yourself around it!! Και εγω σ’ευχαριστο!!
This is such an excellent recipe. My husband is GF and loves cake so it’s perfect
Hi Janet, glad its husband approved!! Thanks for the kind review!
How many servings from one loaf please.
Hi Ellen, I believe its 8 slices
I made this tonight with my children’s respite group and O! M! G! This stuff is DELICOUS!😮😮😮
Hi Corban – so glad the kiddos liked it so much! Thanks for the review too!
Wow!! So delicious! Only problem is how do I stop myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting…
Hi Mishelle – you have a very valid point! I too have similar issues lol
Yummy!!!
I love these!! I used bittersweet chocolate chips, pecans and dare syrup and wow these were amazing! It made 15 muffins. Will definitely make again!
Hi Naomi, glad you liked them and your version sounds Incredible!!
I’m shook. Did not expect it to come out as good as it did
Loved it thanks
Hi Amy, glad you liked the loaf! Thanks for the kind rating!
This is so easy to make and taste amazing. I added an extra banana and walnuts and less maple syrup. I can’t stop eating it!
So moist and delicious, I can’t believe it’s flourless!! My kids and husband love it😋
Hi Stella, if I don’t have peanut butter, what can I replace it with? Pure butter? Avocado?
Hi Eirini, I would do almond butter, tahini, sunflower seed butter
Came our delicious and with a gorgeous, fluffy texture… but it didn’t rise for me for some reason? 🙁 Any suggestions as to what to do differently next time? 🙂
HI Sharlene, Could be the freshness of the baking powder.. not sure
amazing and simple. made this yesterday along with the greek yogurt cake.
Thank you Stella! Tried the recipe but slightly modified it as I was scared it may turn out too sweet so I reduced the peanut butter and honey and added Greek yogurt. Added some cashews as you suggested nuts too. Turned out really good! Thank you
HI Leda, That’s aawesome! Glad you liked the bread and thank you for sharing your feedback!
So easy to make and so delicious! I’m making it again tonight.
HI Stacie, glad you liked the bread and thank you for the rating!
extraordinary!
creamy peanut butter is unsweetened? Please advise
Hi Shiv, creamy all natural peanut butter is unsweetened. You need to buy the one that listed in the ingredient list on the bottle, the only ingredient is peanuts (and salt – if you prefer).
I just did and it’s too sweet for me, it seems like I added too much honey.. and mine is like a cake ..it’s still wet inside .. I need to practise more as this is my very first time baking 🥹
Hi Cynthia and welcome! Yes these flourless recipes generally need a little setting time depending on the ingredients used but it should not be wet inside. that means it would need more time in the oven.
