6 Ingredients No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups (Vegan)
The whole family LOVED these little cups; they were gone in under 24 hours. They give off serious Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups vibes but way more healthy, loving and delicious. With only 6 ingredients that you most likely have in your pantry already – these NEED to be made! If you love these, you will also love my NO BAKE SNICKERS OAT CUPS!!
This recipe is so simple to make. Simply mix up the ingredients in a bowl. Divide the mixture up into 10 muffins slots and flatten them as best as you can. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Then get your peanut butter chocolate mixture going, melted in a small pot on LOW heat. Top with the chocolate and some flaky salt, freeze some more and enjoy! Another great dessert bite recipe are my HEALTHY TWIX CUPS!

- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Topping:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- flaky salt
Instructions
Cups:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, peanut butter, syrup, vanilla and salt. Transfer to a muffin tin lined with liners evenly amongst 10 slots. Flatten out as best as possible. Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours.
Chocolate Topping:
- In a small pot over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring constantly until smooth and melted. Remove the tray from the freezer and drop about 1 -2 tbs of chocolate on the tops of each and smooth it out flat. Sprinkle with the flaky salt and freeze for another hour.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
I used ground flax seed rather than flour, and made them in mini muffin tins. My kids LOVED them!
These are AMAZING!!!! I made 12 instead of 10 and came out perfect. I also added 1 tablespoon coconut oil to choc chips. So dang good!!!
Hi Carmen – glad you tried them and enjoyed!
I see that you have been answering all the questions but 2. first one is, can you use regular AP flour and if so how much. the second question is, in the video you use brown sugar instead of maple syrup. how much brown sugar do you use and if you are using honey, how much honey do you use. Thank you. I love all of your recipes 💯
So easy to make. My only question was how soon before eating should I remove from the freezer. I kept reading other comments and read to remove from freezer 15 min before eating. Perfect!
Hi Cathy, Yes, the 15minutes should suffice here. They don’t really freeze up
These were great! Simple to make and I had all the ingredients on hand.
Hi Shannon, glad you liked them and thanks for the kind rating!
Perfect for lactation! Helped curve my cravings throughout pregnancy and after. Delicious. And, in fact, so delicious I’m now asked to make these for small gatherings. Love living the sugar free/glysophate free life 🙂
Hi Elizabeth, That’s awesome and I’m so glad the recipe was well received! Thanks for trying them!
Sugar free??? With maple syrup and chocolate chips. These are far from sugar-free.
These are really delicious. I think there’s too much sugar to call them healthy, despite the oats and almond flour. If I want a healthy snack I eat fruit. 🙂 I will be making these again for a sweet treat. Super easy, especially by using an 8×8 pan and the microwave to melt the topping (30 sec, stir, 30 sec, stir, done!). Not sure why you recommend so much waiting time but I refrigerated 30 min before spreading on the topping and sampled 30 min later. Chewy goodness! Thanks for posting this recipe.
Hi AMy, When I say healthy, I’m referring to the fact that they are healthier than anything you will find in a pre-packaged box at the store. Also, the sweetener is not highly processed like most sweets that use refined white sugar. I’m sure glad you like them and I appreciate you sharing your feedback and rating! Cheers!
I am using SF syrup! That helps with no sugar!
I made these last week and they are outstanding!!
hI Paula! Awesome and thnaks for trying!
Hi dear
each single serving has 294 calories or the whole ingredient has 294 calories?
Please answer its so important to me.
Regards
nutritional info is per cup (not for the whole batch)
I made these last week and they were so easy… Just follow the recipe. Everyone really liked them and I especially like the fact that no processed sugar is used. The maple syrup was perfect…..will definitely make again…soon!
will the chocolate topping stay hardened at room temperature or will it be sticky/gooey??
I made these on the weekend and enjoyed taking a small bag to the cinema as a treat. OMG yummo! The choc top with flaky salt is perfect. Another one to make again.
Did they stay firm? Because my gosh from the get go.
My family loved this recipe! I made them in a silicone muffin pan so no need for liners… they popped right out! I will make them next time in my mini muffin pan! I love the bite sized idea!
I made these and they are so Delicious!!
I will be making them again and again….
Mine are still soft and a bit goey even after freezing. I used half syrup and half honey – do you think that’s why?
Even so – they are absolutely delicious.
I just posted that the same thing happened to me! Not sure why.
