6 Ingredients No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups (Vegan)
The whole family LOVED these little cups; they were gone in under 24 hours. They give off serious Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups vibes but way more healthy, loving and delicious. With only 6 ingredients that you most likely have in your pantry already – these NEED to be made! If you love these, you will also love my NO BAKE SNICKERS OAT CUPS!!
This recipe is so simple to make. Simply mix up the ingredients in a bowl. Divide the mixture up into 10 muffins slots and flatten them as best as you can. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Then get your peanut butter chocolate mixture going, melted in a small pot on LOW heat. Top with the chocolate and some flaky salt, freeze some more and enjoy! Another great dessert bite recipe are my HEALTHY TWIX CUPS!

I made these with honey and they solidified more than when I used maple syrup. Next time I will use the chunky peanut butter which sounds really good. Even if they don’t solidify, they are still so yummy.
A friend made these for me the first time I tried them. They were so delicious I made them for Thanksgiving and the family loved them Doing up another batch for Christmas.
Delicious!!! We are making them again today. We are trying one batch of your original recipe and one as someone else suggested with berry jam. Thank you for posting this recipe. It’s so good!!
I’m allergic to tree nuts. Is there a substitution to the almond flour? I’ve been using pea protein and was curious if that would work but not sure the fiction almond flour plays besides nutrition.
So filling!!! Delicious!!!
I love these treats when I feel like something sweet. I usually make them in a regular cupcake size and 1 is enough. Sometimes I make them in mini cake papers and then I dont feel at all guilty if I have 2 at a time 😅
Hi Jill, thanks for tryng them and sharing your feedback!
Made this several times & love them!
Hi Chelsea, thanks for the kind feedback!
Ugh. I just started making and realized I don’t have vanilla! Any sub recs or can we go without it? Ty!
Definitely you can go without it !!
I used almond extract and added a whole almond in the middle.
finally made these and after tasting them whew should have made them sooner. These are absolutely delectable. I used almond butter and regular flour instead and they came out so delicious. This is good to help with the sweet tooth. these are going to be on regular rotation!!
These are excellent but I had a feeling and doubled the recipe! Thank you for sharing! My grown daughter and I are going on vaca and I’m trying to change the peanut M&M and Reese’s cup vaca tradition as momma can’t do the weeklong junk fest these days.
The only thing I changed was: since I used up most of my creamy peanut butter on your Twix recipe and for the choc topping on this, so I used half creamy and half chunky in the base. Oh and I used organic fractionated-coconut oil instead of olive oil. I think these might end up on our Christmas cookie tray.😊
Crowd favorite! So delicious!
These are so easy and extremely delicious. My adult children inhale them! I’ve tried them with almond butter and peanut butter and they’re both yummy. I make them in mini muffin tins for bite-sized goodness.
Best thing ever!!!
Easy to make and delicious. I substituted half the maple syrup with agave syrup as I’m watching my blood sugar. Didn’t raise it at all after eating one. Awesome!
So very good. Everyone wanted the leftovers! I will make them again and again!
Amazing !! So yummy and delicious!
