Crispy Kale Chips
My new crunchy munchies best friend.
We are all trying to eat as healthy as humanly possible lately. I had a bunch of kale that was about to go bad in my fridge and decided to try this crunchy snack out. VERDICT: super simple to make and they were so good, we ended up fighting over the last few chips. I gave in.

Kale Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry your kale leaves.
- Slice and remove the stems from each kale leaf. Then slice or rip them into 1.5 inch pieces. Transfer them to a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt to taste, to coat. Spread out the pieces and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
