I’m all about the toppings with this dish. It’s overall easy to make, however, I’m not gonna lie, there is a bit of prep involved with the Guacamole and salsa. The lime crema is a breeze. It’s a pleasure to make and consume!

Marinade Ingredients:

The marinade is what gives this meat it’s flavor so it’s very important to include some soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and lots of spices to make things yummy and hot. Cube your meat into small one inch pieces so that the marinade gets on more surface area and it cooks evenly and quickly!

Toppings:

My favorite part of this taco is definitely the lime crema. Whisk together the few ingredients until its nice and smooth. Taste and adjust if you need more lime tang or sweetness.

The rest of the toppings are just as important as the crema. This is my favorite Guacamole recipe because I got it off of Chipotle’s Twitter account. LOVE IT! The salsa is fresh and yummy. And please don’t forget to add in the crumbled cotija cheese. It’s the cherry on top.
