Feta Cucumber Avocado Salad
There’s something about a delicious chopped Greek style salad with lots of creamy feta cheese and a tangy dressing that puts a smile on my face. Perpetually in the mood for this with some sliced up grilled chicken, salmon or canned tuna. The simplest of lunches and dinners that will have you coming back for more.

I personally prefer the cucumber the same as the red onion: sliced thin on the mandolin (but diced up into small pieces also works). The olives need to be halved, and the avocado needs to be diced. The fresh dill is the ideal herb to use here. It pairs amazingly with the feta cheese.

The dressing is super simple and easy to whip up. You most probably have all of these fresh delicious ingredients lying around. The tang from the vinegar and lemon juice coupled with the sweetness of the honey is total perfection. I like to serve this with some toasted pita bread and add some sesame seeds or Everything But the Bagel seasoning at the end for that textured aesthetic. Chef’s Kiss!

Really liked the dressing for this salad. I would personally add a bit more avocado the next time, but I will be making this again.
Hi Lina, Glad you enjoyed the dressing and would make it again!
I loved this recipe! So tastes and light! I will definitely be making it again. The only different thing I did was use kalamata olives instead of black olives.
Hi Dawn, SO happy your liked the salad! I also used Kalamata olives here though… the only ones I’m allowed to have in the house lol
The recipe lists black olives but I loved the kalamata olives in the video.
They are interchangable.
I love this!! I made it while watching the tiktok clip- not aware of measurements. The only measuring tool I had on hand was a jigger (typically for alcohol)- but one each of olive oil, honey and balsamic vinegar worked great! Will try red wine vinegar next! I also used this to top salmon. I don’t think I’ll ever eat salmon fixed another way😂. Thanks so much for sharing this delicious, easy recipe!❤️
Hello Cara, This is definitely like an avocado salsa of sorts. Perfect for topping fish or grilled chicken! Thank you for rating the dish too!
Such a good combo of flavors! Can’t wait to make it for family/friends.

Hi Danna! I agree with you – it is! It’s just the perfect combination with the dressing!
This was amazing. My husband and I both loved it. Making it again this week with leftovers of your roasted chicken and olives I have in the freezer.
Oh that sounds like the perfect combination!! Hope you enjoyed!!
This salad is truly outrageous! I have served it several times at dinner parties and my guests always ask for the recipe. I do, however, add a few chickpeas to the mix as well. MUY BUENO!!!
I enjoyed this salad tonight with your one pan lemon chicken and rice. I’ve always been a fan of the regular greek salad and now that I’ve found this one I’m so happy. Love the flavours, the dill makes it shine. The dressing is yummy and I’ll be stealing it for other salads too. So glad to have found you.
Hi Cath, I’m glad you’re here!! This is a great salad to have on hand – quick and easy and no lettuce washing necessary! Thank you for the rating as well!!
