Marry Me Tortellini Soup
This soup is one of our family’s favorite Sunday night comfort foods. A great substitute for the sausage step is to incorporate shredded chicken. Make sure you add it in with the pasta.
Speaking of pasta, you can adapt this recipe to include any small shaped pasta instead of the tortellini. If you don’t have baby spinach, you can add in chopped kale. This recipe is just like my super popular THE BEST CREAMY TORTELLINI SOUP.
This is a deliciously hearty soup that comes together in one pot in under 30 minutes. You can’t go wrong with this recipe. If you like this recipe, you will love my One Pot Vegetable Tortellini Soup or my Tortellini Alla Vodka Bake!
