One Pan Chicken Parmesan Cauliflower Steaks
The best way to create a complete low carb dinner that’s delicious and nutritious.
These really are my favorite dish ever because I don’t need to dirty a ton of pots and pans to make a complete meal, including my protein and vegetable all in one pan. I absolutely love the combination of flavors and you can use any sauce you prefer, pesto, marinara, roasted peppers or salsa.

I made this last night. I first made a light tomato and red pepper vegetable curry sauce. Did the rest as per your recipe. Didn’t have mozzarella cheese so I used a good Cheddar.
Great meal simple to make super tasty.
HI Lawrence, I’m so glad you tried it and came back to share your feedback and tips with us! Sounds delicious!
I’ve looked at this recipe for so long. Finally got around to making it!! OMG is all I got
Hi Vickie, Yay! I’m so glad you ended up loving it!
Absolutely delicious! Thanks for a healthy recipe
My Pleasure! I’m so glad you enjoyed it
I think this is gonna be one of my new favs. TOO good. I didn’t do the steaks tho, i just did a bed of cauliflower with the chicken on top. PERFECTION
So delicious! The cauliflower surprised me how good it was!
Looks fabulous. Recipe doesn’t say how many chicken breasts. I’m assuming 3. The ones I have are quite large. Can I cut them horizontally to make 2 beasts out of one?
I had planned on adding pasta to make the dish a little more familiar to my husband. No need add the extra fuss and bother though, this was so satisfying. I made a super rich marinara which can now be split between many meals as a little here goes a long way. LOVE this recipe, as I can make steaks with the cauliflower of this meal and roast the outside pieces with other veg and potatoes with tahini and rice and falafel for lunch during the week. Amazing! I was in a bit of a cooking dark spot, but you have brought the joy back to keeping it simple and tasty. Thank you!
pesto already has salt/is salty – not only do you use salt to make it, but also Parmesan cheese which is salty. I would not add any salt to the cauliflower when seasoning. The chicken you can add a little salt but since you already are using pesto, you can eliminate rubbing in olive oil, adding seasoning/salt and parmesan cheese by just using the pesto for seasoning since it has basically all of these in it 🤷🏾♀️ just add the garlic and onion powder
Okay, glad that worked for you. I made it just as written and it was perfection! My whole family loved it, even my picky kids. And no, we didn’t find it too salty. But all recipes can be changed to meet our own needs, likes and tastes, no need to tell us your way is better. It’s just better for you. And that’s fine.
do you have a cook book to purchase?
Hi Mark, yes i do! Thank you for asking! I will link it below:
