This Greek yogurt almond flour bread is a quick alternative to classic bread. It’s low carb, high protein, has a delicious flavor and is extremely satisfying!
This Greek yogurt almond flour bread offers a satisfying, grain-free alternative to traditional bread. Using just almond flour and the tanginess of Greek yogurt as key ingredients the flavor is unmatched. The combination creates a surprisingly moist and tender crumb, defying the often-drier texture associated with almond flour baking.

The almond flour bread is ideal for a low carb and nutrient dense lifestyle. All you need is 5 MAIN ingredients to achieve this high protein bread loaf. I have tried many Greek yogurt bread recipes and the flavor of this one is my favorite.

If you like this recipe you will love my Keto Almond Flour Bread, 5 Ingredient Greek Yogurt Bread or my 2 Ingredient Yogurt Bread. All of these breads have an incredible texture and taste for no yeast and no knead breads!

This Greek yogurt almond flour bread emerges from the oven with a beautifully golden crust and a surprisingly soft, airy interior. Each slice offers a subtle nutty flavor from the almonds, perfectly complemented by the slight tang of the yogurt. It’s an incredible guilt-free way to enjoy a comforting slice of bread. I tend to use this bread at breakfast with some eggs and an avocado. I also enjoy it by itself as a late night snack.

Thanks for trying the bread!
Does apple cider vinegar add to the rising capability of the baking powder? Just wondering.
yes!
Love the moist and fluffy texture.. rich flavor more savory.. added cheese on top at the end of baking.. ate are with butter and honey.. yum
The Low Carb Almond Flour Bread is delicious, light and fluffy. The structure may not be sturdy enough to make sandwiches but it is good by itself or with a little butter.
Hi Marilyn, thanks for trying the recipe and yes its so versatile in its uses! Cheers!
Easy, filling, versatile.
?carbs per 125g slice?
Luv this!!! Have made it several times. Now Im making it for my neighbors. Unique taste. Very healthy!!!!
Thanks for sharing Debby!!
Nice texture, very moist but not much flavor. Think it just needs more salt. Definitely not a bread for sandwiches but nice toasted with some butter. As a pre diabetic I can say this did not spike my blood sugar at all. Bonus!!
I think a pinch of salt was needed.
I really really loved it… I am a diabetic with a heart disease… I have been craving bread so long… This bread did not spike my blood sugars !!
Hello Gilbert, that’s awesome! I’m so glad the recipe was a winner!
I can taste the apple cider vinegar and I have to add another 15 minutes to cook it. This is not for me but thanks for the recipe.
Good & easy bread recipe, ❤️❤️
I have tried many almond flour bread recipes but this almond flour and greek yogurt recipe is my all time favourite!! It quick, easy and cost effective. Very very nice. I add half a cup of cheddar cheese and I bake it for 45min.

Love the idea of adding some cheddar! Will try that next time as i think the recipe in general needed some salt
Pretty good, but wanted a little butter flavor, so added a drop or 2 of butter extract. I suppose I could also have just added butter to it after it was baked. The taste was fine, but it seemed wet, even tho’ toothpick came out clean. All in all, it’s nice to have a bread alternative on Keto!
Light and fluffy and moist! I baked mine in an 9in springform pan and the texture was perfect. Unfortunately I added chick pea flour since I ran out of almond flour and I’m assuming that’s why my flavor was off. I would add a touch of sugar to the next recipe because this had the texture of a muffin. I wanted it to be sweet.
Hi 👋 very nice recipe I’d like to ask if someone is allergic to almond flour can we put plain flour?
Looked so good in picture…quick and easy recipe but no texture, no flavor, no nothing. 😞
I don’t have enough almond flour, can I use almond meal instead or will that be too coarse?
