  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line an 8×8 inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mini food processor, add in the bananas, eggs, cottage cheese, honey and pulse together until smooth. Next, transfer the mixture into the bowl and add in the cacao powder, baking powder, salt and mix together until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Then, transfer mixture to the brownie pan and spread out evenly. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
