These are healthy peanut butter, oat and chocolate treats for when you want something sweet. This no bake recipe is super simple with only 6 ingredients!
The whole family LOVED these little cups; they were gone in under 24 hours. They give off serious Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups vibes but way more healthy, loving and delicious. With only 6 ingredients that you most likely have in your pantry already – these NEED to be made! If you love these, you will also love my NO BAKE SNICKERS OAT CUPS!!

This recipe is so simple to make. Simply mix up the ingredients in a bowl. Divide the mixture up into 10 muffins slots and flatten them as best as you can. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Then get your peanut butter chocolate mixture going, melted in a small pot on LOW heat. Top with the chocolate and some flaky salt, freeze some more and enjoy! Another great dessert bite recipe are my HEALTHY TWIX CUPS!

We LOVED these. I added some chia seeds as well. Easy to make and a nice, healthy version of a Reeces peanut butter cup! 🙂
My go to healthy dessert. 10/10
Thank you Nancy!
Love these!!! They are so yummy and so easy to make!!! I make them all the time!!! TY!!!
Hi Brandie, thank you so much for the kind feedback!
They were very good. Just what you need when you want something sweet, although the sweetness is really coming from the chocolate. Peanut butter mixture is very good. I’d like to mention that the instructions for the chocolate show “drop about 1 -2 tbs of chocolate on the tops of each”. I thought “tbs” meant tablespoons. I started with one tablespoon and quickly realized I was running out of chocolate before I topped all of them. Now I’m thinking it was supposed to be “tsp” for teaspoon? Please confirm. Thx!
Thank you for this wonderful recipe 💕
If you want to save about 50% of the effort, just place parchment paper into a 5”x7” dish, spread the mixture into there, freeze like normal, then cut them into 12 squares.
Thats a great idea too!!
A very tasty and nutritious snack!!! I added honey and tahini, instead of maple syrup and peanut butter, respectively. Μπράβο, πραγματικά καταπληκτική επιλογή για γλυκό σνακ!! 😊
These are so good and easy to make!
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup is too much as it is very sweet. I’m gonna cut that in half for next time : used ground Oatmeal flour in place of the almond flour.yummy
I’ve made these so many times. My adult children LOVE them! I make them in mini muffin cups and they are a perfect little treat!
I don’t have silicone muffin tins. Can you use cooking spray or grease regular muffin ? Will this work as easily for removing them or do you need to have them sit on the counter a few minutes and then remove? Have you be
Ver used muffin paper cups instead of silicone tins.?
These were excellent. Used coconut flour instead of almond flour and teddies chunky PB. Cut the recipe in half and got 14 mini muffins out of it. Perfect bite size for portion control. Will definitely make these again.
if changing the different flour does the amount of it change?
What can I use in place of honey or maple syrup? Does it need to be a liquid sweetener?
Hi Dianne, you can use granulated sweetener of course!
Delicious!! Easy to make!! And vegan!!
I have made these many times and I loooove having them in my freezer for a sweet treat! I use mini muffin cups, and I double the quantities for the chocolate topping 🙂
I find the sweetener isn’t necessary (and they’re less addictive that way). Sometimes I’ve added chia seeds for a little extra crunch and to make them “healthy” lol.
These were delicious!!!! I would make them in smaller muffins tins next time because they are very heavy but hits the spot!
