4 Ingredient Powdered Milk Cake (Flourless)
This was a delicious idea I found online that I knew I had to recreate. It looked really easy to make with only 4 main ingredients, and its healthy too, with low calories and carbs. But really the fluffy texture got me saying: We need to make this again and again! This is my new favorite way to make cake for sure!
If you want to go dairy free, they make so many different milk powders like oat or coconut milk powder. I chose to zest some orange into the cake and loved the flavor with the melted chocolate topping. The only thing I will stress about this cake is to make sure you sift the powder into the eggs to prevent clumping.

delicious and easy recipe
thanks for trying it Luke!
Delicious cake. Followed the recipe exactly except for the baking time. Baked for 20 minutes
I am following a grain free diet. A win for me.I used powdered sugar and increased to 1/3 cup. I also used orange juice instead of vanilla as I would need to empty my bank account to buy vanilla extract. A fluffy treat.
Hi Susan, so glad you liked the cake recipe and thanks for sharing your tips! Super useful!
This recipe is great!! We will definitely make it again. It was so easy to make I did about 1/6 cup of sugar and it was the perfect sweetness. We used a chocolate syrup over it.
The orange zest really makes it pop.
Thank you for sharing!!
Hi Hayley, I’m so glad you loved the recipe! Thanks for trying it out and sharing your feedback!
This was an odd baking experience, but came out okay. My husband said it was a keeper and doable if it were sweeter. I did add 1/4 cup allulose and 1 tsp of almond and vanilla extract. It needed more sweetener. He did strawberry’s and sugar free chocolate syrup.
Hi Julie, if you need more sweetener, just add 1/3 cup instead of 1/4 cup. Glad it kind of worked.
What can i use instead of milk powder?
Not sure, haven’t tried it without. I could recommend all purpose flour ,,,,
