With only 6 ingredients that you most likely have in your pantry already – these NEED to be made! If you love these, you will also love my NO BAKE SNICKERS OAT CUPS!!
This recipe is so simple to make. Simply mix up the ingredients in a bowl. Divide the mixture up into 10 muffins slots and flatten them as best as you can. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Then get your peanut butter chocolate mixture going, melted in a small pot on LOW heat. Top with the chocolate and some flaky salt, freeze some more and enjoy! Another great dessert bite recipe are my HEALTHY TWIX CUPS!

No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups

- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Topping:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- flaky salt
Instructions
Cups:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, peanut butter, syrup, vanilla and salt. Transfer to a muffin tin lined with liners evenly amongst 10 slots. Flatten out as best as possible. Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours.
Chocolate Topping:
- In a small pot over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring constantly until smooth and melted. Remove the tray from the freezer and drop about 1 -2 tbs of chocolate on the tops of each and smooth it out flat. Sprinkle with the flaky salt and freeze for another hour.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
I blitzed the oats and then finished the recipe in the blender so they were smooth like real candy! Then made them in ice cube trays for the perfect little bite. Great recipe😁 already made them twice!
Another one I will be making to store in my freezer!!!

Do these need to always be kept in the freezer? I put them in a container & in the fridge last night. I went to grab one for my son this morning & the oat part isn’t solid, it’s pretty gooey.
can you melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave?
Everyone loves these!
I can’t stop making these! My family loves them.
Could I replace the almond flour with vanilla protein powder
Hi Livia, yes it should work !
made these today and they are so delicious I’m definitely going to make them again. Next time though, I’ll double up on the quantities as they are so yummy!!
Thank you for the base of this recipe. I think the ratios are a bit off for my taste. so as I was mixing the ingredients, I added + 1/4 cup oats and reduced the peanut butter to only 1/2 cup. it made the misture more sturdy which allowed me to flatten them into a mini muffin tin and put the topping right away. one time freezer!
and the chocolate doesn’t really need fat to be added to it. it was melted by itself and came out great.
Hello! Thanks for trying this recipe and coming back to share your experience with it!
could I use coconut flour? Wondering if I’d use the same amount
I used coconut flour and it tasted delicious! Did not taste coconut at all.
Can maple syrup be replaced with date syrup? These look DELICIOUS!
Yes!!
Hi! Sounds delicious! Could I use regular flour?
Hi Maria, all purpose flour needs to be cooked to be consumed. Its not the best sub here. You can use oat flour instead…
Could I maybe bake the all purpose flour to make it usable in this recipe?
Hi Farah, I’m not sure that would work with this recipe
I have a serious addiction to dark chocolate chips, and was looking to satisfy my craving in a healthier way. I have also been known to snack on a tablespoon of peanut butter. I cannot believe the difference in my eating habits since discovering these delicious treats! I don’t even bother with the chocolate topping, as the maple syrup makes it so sweet that I even reduce the amount a bit.
Thank you so much for sharing this delightful and easy to make treat! The more fiber and protein I consume, there seems to be a corresponding decrease in my sugar cravings! Note that I am not yet vegan or vegetarian (working on it!), and currently more of a “flexitarian” trying to find healthier recipes for myself and my diabetic husband.
Thanks again!!
Hi Nancy, I happen to agree with you and sometimes leave out the chocolate too! Thanks for trying them and coming back to leave a kind message!
I mean, I Loved my life before…. but I made these today and I really love my life now!! These taste even better than they look!!
Hi Nicky, YES! I’m so glad you tried them and love them!
