Please note: This Homemade Ranch Seasoning recipe will make extra than what you need for this particular zucchini chip recipe. That’s a bonus because you can use it for your grilled chicken seasoning or other vegetables. Yes, you can use the prepackaged Ranch packets, but trust me, this is so much better!

Time is of the essence when you’re hungry. A quick snack or side dish that’s perfectly flavored is the best answer ever. Dipping sauce pictured here is ranch dressing. However, I used it for the photo and after tasting the chips, didn’t dip them – the chips did not need it!

They will cook fast at 450 F in your oven. Then you want to broil them until they turn golden brown. You can also airfry these chips at 400 F. for 3-4 minutes per side. Make sure you spray with olive oil when you flip them. Either way, you will be mouth happy.

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 6 minutes

Ingredients

Homemade Ranch Seasoning:

Zucchini Chips:

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 tbs Homemade Ranch Seasoning
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

Homemade Ranch Seasoning:

  • Whisk together all Ingredients and store leftovers in an airtight container to use on your chicken, fish or other veggies.

Zucchini Chips:

  • Preheat oven to 450° F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Slice your zucchini into 1/4 inch half moons. Transfer to your baking sheet and toss them with 1 heaping tablespoon of the Homemade Ranch Seasoning.
  • Spread them out on the sheet so that none are overlapping. Spray them well with olive oil spray. Roast them for 5 minutes and then broil until golden brown.

Notes

You will have leftover Homemade Ranch Seasoning. That’s a great thing because you can use it on your chicken or other veggies. Store the leftover ranch seasoning in a small mason jar or tiny tupper, like you would any other seasonings in your cabinet.
You can also air fry your zucchini chips at 400 F. 4 minutes per side. Make sure you spray with oil when you flip them.
